Rich Magallanes (born June 30, 1968 as Richard Steven Magallanes) is the creator of Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty. He also developed and was an executive producer. Other notable things he has worked on are Danny Phantom, My Life as a Teenage Robot, and The Loud House, among others.
